Research services are charged by the hour. We offer staging. Staging is the specialized preparation of a home for sale. When we stage a home we do so with the potential buyer in mind. We offer this service for unoccupied homes and for homes that will be occupied while on the market. We do staging design that showcases the house and all its wonderful features. We provide staging services on a consultation basis or by the project. We offer Model Home Merchandising. We do lifestyle merchandising for developments that offer models. We can take you from design concept to finished product. We can do models that will appeal to your target demographic group. We can handle all scheduling, shipping, and installation.
